This year’s Effidays program

Commerce is constantly evolving. And right now, it’s changing fast.

When everything’s moving, it’s sometimes necessary to focus on what’s not moving to stay on course. And in this shifting landscape, there are some things that remain unchanging: you still need sellers, buyers and, in the middle, customer journeys.

These are the customer journeys that link brands to consumers, products to uses, intent to conversion.

For the past 25 years, Effinity’s mission has been to design, for its customers, these pathways that effectively connect sellers and buyers.
We’ve seen them evolve with new technologies, new platforms, new behaviors…
And while they can sometimes be confusing, these changes are also a source of opportunities. Commerce is a living ecosystem. It’s up to us to understand it, anticipate it and activate it.

That’s why we’ve chosen to focus on New Customer Journeys at the heart of the 5th edition of Effidays, to be held in Paris on October 14.

This year, we’ll be exploring three main areas that make up the core of digital customer journeys:

  • E-commerce, still in the throes of transformation,
  • Social commerce, driving prescription and impulse,
  • AI commerce, which could reshuffle the cards of the customer experience.

This event is designed to encourage exchanges, ideas and meetings. You’ll be able to meet today’s partners, discover new ones for tomorrow, take part in workshops and attend round tables and conferences.

Always in a friendly atmosphere, of course!
