Can you tell us about your company and its services?

ShopForward, a premium CSS partner, helps advertisers increase sales and reach by maximizing product visibility. With a dedicated team, we focus on managing Google and Microsoft Shopping campaigns. We offer bespoke CSS solutions, including strategic campaign planning and data-driven insights, enabling online retailers to thrive in the competitive digital landscape. We are currently online for over 15,000 advertisers, generating additional sales every day thanks to our own algorithm.

How would you define your role in the conversion/loyalty chain?

We fully automate additional online marketing activities for advertisers, using our experience in different verticals to create a tailor-made strategy. Our strength lies in adapting to advertisers’ specific preferences, while operating with transparency and flexibility. Our unique approach, with our own algorithm, also enables collaboration with other CSS partners.

Can you describe a successful operation you carried out with Effinity on behalf of an advertiser?

We always aim to generate as much additional traffic and as many sales as possible. But among the many advertisers and campaigns we run via Effinity, one is certainly top-notch. For this advertiser, we were able to achieve almost 150,000 clicks, over 2,800 purchases and almost €200,000 in sales in just 6 months. We exceeded our targets, proving the success of the campaign. What’s more, we also provide a monthly report on search terms, giving the advertiser additional information.
