Working closely with one or more Performance Manager(s) and the agency Publisher Manager, you will be responsible for :
Participate in setting up promotional operations on behalf of advertisers.
As part of an affiliate program, you will be required to liaise with the various market players, place purchase orders, then ensure that they are properly implemented (setting remuneration parameters / supplying visual elements, checking tracking, etc.).
Ensure that advertisers’ digital libraries are distributed to publishers.
This job involves integrating and updating customers’ digital media, with a view to deploying them with the various publishers (coupons, vouchers, banners, product feeds, emailing kits, etc.).
You will also be responsible for ensuring that the customer’s account is set up correctly (technically/analytically), so that campaign results can be analyzed.
3. Support the Publisher Manager in identifying, recruiting and activating publishers for the agency’s clients.
An affiliate campaign is built on partnerships between affiliate sites and advertisers. We are constantly on the lookout for new affiliate sites. Our task here is to discover sites dealing with themes correlated with those of our advertisers, to make contact with the publishers, and to convince them to take part in our affiliation programs.
Profile:
Bac +3 in Webmarketing or E-commerce (Licence pro mention e-commerce et marketing numérique, BUT techniques de commercialisation parcours marketing digital, e-business et entrepreneuriat)
You have a strong interest in digital marketing and its technical environment.

Performance Manager
Missions :
Customer portfolio management
- Sales promotion and sales growth for customer portfolio
- To listen to our customers in order to propose coherent & effective multi-levers digital strategies, in liaison with our experts (Ads, CPA, CPL, Influence, etc.).
- Set up advertising campaigns and monitor results on a daily basis
- Analyze KPIs, make recommendations to customers and present operational results to customers (CODIR).
Affiliate relationship management
- Work in conjunction with a traffic manager in charge of the publisher pool
- Identify high-potential affiliates in the market and recruit/activate them for campaigns
- Optimize publisher performance with Traffic Manager
Profile:
- Rigor and autonomy

- At least 2 years’ experience in digital marketing, and more specifically in affiliate marketing.

Traffic Manager
Missions :
- Customer relations: understanding needs while respecting technical constraints
- Operate lead generation campaigns: analyze emailings and landing pages, set up a lead generation program, refine acquisition channels
- Operational: make media available to partners, manage emailing tools and customer/prospect database tracking.
- Partner relations: develop / create relationships with various partners, detect business opportunities

Profile:
- Expertise in database monetization and lead generation
- With a Marketing/E-Commerce degree (BAC + 5), you have a minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in web marketing in an agency.
- Mastery of e-mail regulations, HTML code, database management and tracking tools.
- Knowledge of routing tools
- Excellent writing and speaking skills (English and French), and a particular ability to develop business opportunities
