Highly proactive on the subject of RGPD for several months now, Effinity has been recognized as a trusted partner by Google and IAB Europe, who have included it on their list of certified third parties. The procedures and tools implemented by Effinity enable full compliance with the RGPD, aimed in particular at establishing greater transparency in the use of end-user data.

Effinity, one of Google’s authorized partners

As part of its commitment to comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Google has introduced dedicated tools for publishers, giving them the opportunity to choose which ad technology providers are authorized to serve ads and measure their performance in the European Economic Area (EEA). Among these tools, Google has published a list of certified providers, some of which are highlighted in a “commonly used” list, to which Effinity belongs.

Effinity listed in IAB Europe’s Global Vendor List

The IAB Europe and the IAB Tech Lab have published the Transparency & Consent Framework aimed at ensuring that all digital advertising players comply with the rules of the RGPD and the ePrivacy Directive.

The core element of the Framework is the “Global Vendor List”, a list of registered and approved third parties to whom a publisher may, as part of its personal data processing, choose to allow access to information on its users’ terminals, or to process its users’ data for specific purposes. Effinity is, of course, also on this list.

These two certifications will enable publishers to relay Effinity advertisers without worry, and advertisers to benefit from maximum exposure.
